O RIO GRANDE DO SUL TEM 12.000.000 DE HABITANTES E TEM 31 DEPUTADOS FEDERAIS E 3 SENADORES PORTANTO SOMA 34 REPRESENTANTES NO CONGRESSO COM ESTA POPULAÇÃO! A POPULAÇÃO DE 7 ESTADOS DO NORTE E NORDESTE SOMADAS NO MESMO NÚMERO DE 12.000.000 DE HABITANTES PRODUZ, POR FORÇA DO ART, 45 DA CONSTITUIÇÃO, EM RAZÃO DE 8 DEPUTADOS MINIMOS NÃO HAVENDO POPULAÇÃO SUFICIENTE O SEGUINTE RESULTADO: 7 ESTADOS VEZES X 8 DEPUTADOS = 56 deputados pelo mesmo número de habitantes e 3 senadores por cada estado o que resulta em 3× 7= 21 senadores!!!!!!!!!! Assim norte e nordeste , por 12.000.000 de habitantes possuem um total de 77 representantes por 12.000.000 de habitantes enquanto o Rio Grande com o mesmo numero de habitantes só tem 34 representantes!!! Poder Politico e Poder Econômico são transferidos para a “zona da Mata ” ou vazio demográfico onde cada nortista ou nordestino vale por 2,2647058824 gaúchos ANULANDO o artigo da Constituição que diz que todos SOMOS IGUAIS e o Principio de um voto para cada cidadão!!! No programa do Milton Cardoso, da Band Reporter eu comecei a falar isto e me equivoquei, trocando o numero de deputados estaduais 55, pelos federais 31, e Milton perdeu a serenidade e me tomou a palavra dizendo como sempre que no seu programa não se mente!!!! No entanto, inobstante o lapso de memória, pois lá não lemos editorais nem expedientes como o jornalista que tem pontos de escuta nos ouvidos, uma tela de tevê na frente e ainda apontamentos que lê em todos os programas, como se falasse de viva voz e de improviso, nós, humildes convidados quando damos os discursos , que os meus ele sempre corta com aquela cortesia amor e respeito que lhe é peculiar! Três vezes briguei com o Milton saindo do programa pois ele não deixa a pessoa se exprimir e passa uma carraspana no seu convidado…mas ele se redime pois convida novamente e seu programa é contudo um dos melhores, se não o melhor do rádio, e uma legitima cidadela do Estado Democrático de Direito no ar!
